Urban Music Causes Violence

Is it true that urban music causes violence? I hate the phrase ‘urban music’ but this letter really seems to pose that question and does use the blanket term ‘Urban Music’ which I’m guessing means Hip Hop, R’n’B and Grime and so forth.
